六偏磷酸钠对煤泥浮选及尾煤沉降的影响

摘要:

本文通过Zeta电位和溶液离子的测定以及小浮选试验和自然沉降试验等手段,探讨了六偏磷酸钠在浮选中的降灰效果以及对浮选尾煤沉降性能的影响。试验结果表明,浮选中适当添加六偏磷酸钠,能使浮选精煤灰分适量降低并同时提高浮选精煤的产率。但随着六偏磷酸钠的添加,浮选尾煤水质硬度变小,细泥颗粒表面电负性增强,导致尾煤沉降速度减慢。

Abstract:

Sodium hexametaphosphate influence in flotation on dropping ash content and its impact on settling situation of flotation tailings are investigated in this paper by means of Zeta potential, IC (Ion Chromatography), flotation test, free settling experiment. The results show sodium hexametaphosphate added in flotation can drop the concentrate ash content and increase its yield. However, with an increase of sodium hexametaphosphate adding, water hardness of flotation tailing decreases ,surface electronegativity of ultrafine-mud particles enhances and sedimentation velocity of flotation tailings reduces.
